Good day I trust you are well. I spoke to DYT which is dress your tech about the debit order that went off on bank account. They say they are not responsible for the debit as they do not call clients and they do not register debit orders. I would like to have that call recording of the day when you called me to sell me the contract phone because I am busy talking to my lawyer regarding this matter as I feel that I have been taken advantage of as I am a nobody. Your company is playing games with us harding working people, you can't justctake money from my bank account and the refuse to return my money. My bank account is private and I feel that my privacy was invaded by your company. Please sort this out and give me feedback.

I bought shoes from a Markham store in Kimberley, the started peeling off. I then took them back to the store, there I was told the shoes will be sent to the manufacturer so that they can be repaired but what amazes me is the returns and quality guarantee policy clearly states if you return a bought item within six months you should get a replacement but sadly that did not happen at the shop. I then called the head office I was given a reference number for my call and I was told to go to the store and get new shoes. I went to the store and still I was given the run around by the same person who took shoes from and clearly nothing happened because no one in the store knew about the shoes except for her. I deeply disappointed by the service and this is the first time I get this type of service at a Markham and I am NEVER GOING TO SHOP IN A MARKHAM STORE, NEVER AGAIN. It clearly states that the person who helped me does not know the company policy.
