Installs substandard pools and electrical work - no interest in after sales service

Absolutely shocking after sales service! This business has no interest to service or look after you once they have built your pool (which is of sub standard quality). Flow coat started peeling off after 1.5 years of building the pool. 1.5 year after re-flowcoating, the flow coat is coming off again.

Poor quality electrical work, and now sit with pool lights that blow often. Reported these issues to Blue Lagoon. A month later and they have not even had the decency to call us back or respond to emails and various messages left.

I now sit with a pool that is unsafe to use as the peeling flow coat poses a danger to children trying to swim, have no working lights in my pool, and what was supposed to be a show piece in our entertainment area, is now an embarrassment that we have to hide when we have visitors or friends over.

I would not recommend this company at all.
