My account was handed over to Blue Ocean Collection and I paid as requested on the 17th of November 2025. They deducted after sending them proof of payment. I requested a refund and submitted all documents as requested for refund. But they are not even responding to my emails. I sent email twice with no response. A lot of people are complaining about your service when it comes to refund. The funny part is that they updated my credit record. And that cornfims they received the full payment. But it's hard for then to refund me. I bet I will have to do the same even next month.
