Pools
The pool was LEEEKKER 😎! The water was crisp, the vibes were chill, and the sun was shining - what more could you ask for? The staff were super friendly, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back and dive in again! ⭐️5/5 would recommend!

Pools

Disgusting service and person
Truly disgusting service and a person. Don’t steal money from your clients! We have used him for years and something has definitely changed with Perry the owner. Each time he has come out, his service has been terrible and he has 100 excuses. The last time we used his service, he came to fix the leak in our pool. We paid him. He came out to see what the full problem was. He quoted us. We paid him to fix the leak. He came back to ‘fix’ the problem. THEN the pool was still leaking, when we called him requesting, he come back and see what the problem was he demanded another call out fee. I will never use this company again. I highly recommend you seek another company.

Disgusting service and person
Truly disgusting service and a person. Don’t steal money from your clients! We have used him for years and something has definitely changed with Perry the owner. Each time he has come out, his service has been terrible and he has 100 excuses. The last time we used his service, he came to fix the leak in our pool. We paid him. Scam- Never use Perry from Blue Pools
We used a company called Blue Pools- the owners name is Perry. What a scam! He did the worst job ever. We paid R650 for him to come to the premises and view what was wrong with our pool. Once viewed he said he could fix the pump suction and pump. We paid his over R5000. He arrived, fixed the pump suction and said he needed parts for the pump and will come the following day. He never came back! After messaging him his response was ‘Someone before him broke it’ and you will have to pay an additional R650 call out fee for me to come have a look and replace it. What a complete scam. He really has made the Jewish community look bad. Truly disgusted with this company. Only now since researching this company am, I seeing so many other bad reviews of him as well as on I love Fourways and I love Bryanston on Facebook. I suggest you stay away from this company. Blue Pools Scam
I needed a 3rd opinion on where the leak in my pool was (i.e. pool lining or pipes) before going with the two quotes I had already received. I contacted Blue Pools and they quoted me R650 (which I thought was a bit high since the highest call out I had paid up to that point was R150). Because I thought it was a bit on the high side, before paying, I called and confirmed with them that the R650 was not just a call out fee but that they would conclusively identify the leak and tell me what needed to be repaired. When they did come out, they told me they can't tell where the leak is and I had to pay more money for them to conduct a test. To sweeten the deal they would deduct the R650 from the price of the test. The gentleman who came out told me that the R650 is just a callout fee and guaranteed me that he was not aware of the promise that was made to me, but he would resolve it when he got to the offie because Blue Pools is an "honest" company. It has now been more than two weeks and there's been no feedback.

I am glad I got an oxygenated system, but not glad I bought it through this company. After sales service lacking. Less than a year after installation I contacted (repeatedly before I got a reply) to say my water is STILL not clear. Was told it would cost me R550 for him to come out (to check a R10 000 system he installed less than a year ago). I am enormously disappointed. Wanting to get solar heating as well, but will definitely find someone else to install, and to do future maintenance of the pool.
