Unsatisfying service

On the 6th I ordered on bolt food and unfortunately my food got to me and it was so cold, complained to the driver and he said he got the meal cold already.

I complained on bolt food app which they escalated to KFC, I got a call from a lady working at kfc and she was so rude that there’s nothing they can do I should go collect another meal and that’s it!
