Annoyed and ****ed off
I’m sooo unhappy with takealot in fact I’m ****ed off! I got products from them and none is working properly, blender is leaking and my airfryer just stopped working on my second time using it! I’m so annoyed and needs something to be done! I need that airfryer sorted or my money then I go buy elsewhere!!!

I had booked a spa appointment with your hotel, and it was abruptly cancelled just two days before the scheduled date. This was highly inconvenient, especially considering that I had made additional reservations and plans around this appointment. To make matters worse, when I reached out to request a refund, my call was disconnected with no follow-up — which I find completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I kindly request a full refund for the cancelled spa service, and a formal acknowledgment of this complaint. I believe it’s only fair given the circumstances and the inconvenience caused.

Disappointed
I ordered a 1/4 Chicken at Steers Total Woodstock and they served me a burger instead unfortunately I only checked my order when I got to where I was headed to and couldn’t go back to the store. I have attached pictures

I ordered my meal on the 31 Oct 2022, 17:50 I still haven't received my food and the driver had an audacity to tell me to go fetch the food at the store

I am so disgusted with their services, I have been waiting for my parcel for a full day and haven't received it and when I call I am being transferred to multiple departments and when I tried calling the driver someone else answered, what an unprofessional company!

Unsatisfying service
On the 6th I ordered on bolt food and unfortunately my food got to me and it was so cold, complained to the driver and he said he got the meal cold already. I complained on bolt food app which they escalated to KFC, I got a call from a lady working at kfc and she was so rude that there’s nothing they can do I should go collect another meal and that’s it!

Disappointed
I am so disappointed in Steers, I got here an hour ago and still waiting for my order and they have an audacity to tell me to wait cause they ran out of rolls and I’ve been checking on my order and this lady was just blunt rude This is the Watergate Store
