Bad service

What a useless security company. I have been stuck at the dealership from 18:20, its now 19:26. The keypad is not working, I can not arm the dealership. I have called Blue security 4 times, they tell me a technician will call, but nobody calls. They say i'm in the queue for 50 minutes. Two weeks ago I left the dealership at 21:10.

I have never seen such a thing. They don't even respond when the alarm activates while i'm still inside.
