Upon realizing that the sensors fell off my sliding door again (they fell off less than 24 hours after they were initially installed) I called Bkue Security, so as to inquire about repairs to same. I spoke to Shaylene Pillay who then advised me that my security contact WHICH, TO DATE, I AM PAYING MONTHLY PREMIUMS FOR, was canceled in July last year. I was completely surprised to hear this, since I certainly did not cancel the service and nobody else is allowed to make the decision on my behalf. Since Shaylene could not provide me with any further information, let alone a reasonable explanation, I I requested to speak to someone senior. He told me that it would not be possible, since they would need to investigate further, then revert to me. It is now 5 or 6 days later and I have not heard back from Blue Security! If a client fails to pay them to the cent, perhaps paying even 10 cents less in one month, they will surely notice that immediately and their accounts department will be all over the client, harassing them daily for the payment, yet they can happily and freely accept monthly premiums being paid to their account for almost a year, for a contract which they ALLEGE was cancelled, without notifying the client accordingly, so as to query same? What takers!!! Best never to deal with people who have no scruples. So disgruntled!
