alarm system at my residence which was brand new for one their reaction is super. Their control room and armed reaction is tops. However they drop drastically with their technical team. They installed a radio on the alarm system which caused many disruption like remote stop working, sensors not responding and if u get them to come out to check it's a 650r call out fee obviously the technician is going to say it's ur fault and then u must pay for the repairs They insisted tat I have too change the alarm system at my business because it was outdated but the technician used all the old sensor and wiring which Im paying for a new installation.
