I have had a Theft incident since August where my dogs were removed by a FEDELITY SECURITY GUARD from the estate. It has been a traumatic 3 months of NO ONE taking accountability for this Theft! Only 1 dog was returned after the FEDELITY SECURITY GUARD admitted to removing my dogs to his home in Tembisa after being threatened with jail, thereafter, my family has been taken from pillar to post with NO assistance at all. Our family eventually got advice to rather claim compesation for the theft and introduce a new puppy to our home to end the daily cries of our children. I have spoken to Lucky, FEDELITY MANAGER, who reffered me to Nico, A REGIONAL FEDELITY MANAGER, but no one takes our case seriously at all. Some residence at the estate a SHOCKED at the treatment we are getting as the estate usually takes THEFT matters quite seriously but in our case, the only PAINFUL difference is the color of our skin. Can we South African's ever be free and safe from Crime? Even when we pay our last cent to raise our family behind SECURITY GATES, we still fall victim to clear **************.
