Blue Valley is a Prison
You'd think you trying to enter another country instead of an estate. Booked a Golf game here and they made me park outside due to my license disc just recently being expired. More dangerous for me to park my car outside at a Spar. They don't care about your safety or your vehicles but rather their own ridiculous law. Pathetic management and organization.

THIS ESTATE IS PARTNERD WITH *****ED SECURITY, FEDELITY SECURITY, BE VERY CAREFUL
I have had a Theft incident since August where my dogs were removed by a FEDELITY SECURITY GUARD from the estate. It has been a traumatic 3 months of NO ONE taking accountability for this Theft! Only 1 dog was returned after the FEDELITY SECURITY GUARD admitted to removing my dogs to his home in Tembisa after being threatened with jail, thereafter, my family has been taken from pillar to post with NO assistance at all. Our family eventually got advice to rather claim compesation for the theft and introduce a new puppy to our home to end the daily cries of our children. I have spoken to Lucky, FEDELITY MANAGER, who reffered me to Nico, A REGIONAL FEDELITY MANAGER, but no one takes our case seriously at all. Some residence at the estate a SHOCKED at the treatment we are getting as the estate usually takes THEFT matters quite seriously but in our case, the only PAINFUL difference is the color of our skin. Can we South African's ever be free and safe from Crime? Even when we pay our last cent to raise our family behind SECURITY GATES, we still fall victim to clear **************.

<p>I have had numerous encounters with the estate management. these people included Robert, Fritz and Tasmin. Matters are never resolved and these people reassure that it will be but it never does. In the last few months; Illegal connections of electricity and water by neighbours were not taken seriously. We were assured by estate sercurity that a vehicle will patrol the area more often to monitor the unsafe connection but this promise was not upheld. when contractors damage surrounding properties not much is done to either repair the damage or act on the situation to stop it from happening again. </p>
