Good customer service
What a great experience to deal with Randall from STA Travel. He always has time to make sure that you are happy with your travel plans and will always call you back. It was really a pleasure dealing with hime.

Inferior products and bad customer service
I bought 3 suitcases from them. Using it for the first time, not even getting to my destination 2 of the suitcases broke while it was being loaded in the plane. They refused to even acknowledge the their products are inferior. Do not buy anything from them. It is a waste of money and time. Buy anywhere else but from them.

estate management
<p>I have had numerous encounters with the estate management. these people included Robert, Fritz and Tasmin. Matters are never resolved and these people reassure that it will be but it never does. In the last few months; Illegal connections of electricity and water by neighbours were not taken seriously. We were assured by estate sercurity that a vehicle will patrol the area more often to monitor the unsafe connection but this promise was not upheld. when contractors damage surrounding properties not much is done to either repair the damage or act on the situation to stop it from happening again. </p>

construction criminal
<p>This construction company has no regard for morals and safety. They illegally connects electricity while building which is a safety hazard and he steals water from neighbours during contruction. The contractor is rude and seems seems to have a violent tendency. I suggest you think twice before hiring these crooks. </p>
