Amazon Happydeals
I ordered two items from Amazon, both from the same reseller, HappyDeals. I received only one item. I contacted Amazon and the reseller, sent pictures, and provided everything they asked for, but I have not been assisted. HappyDeals is a ****. Do not order from them; they are nonsense people who **** South African citizens.

Do Not Order…… No Item Received!!!!!
No item received !! Ordered May 16th and now Aug 11 th and NO Bubble ***** ???? ordered for granddaughters for birthday and didn’t come!!,I email them with same automated email returns !!! How can I get ahold of them on phone?? Want my money back NOW!!!!????

Worst online Service provided EVER
What an absolute disgrace. After reading these reviews I cannot believe this supplier is still listed with Makro. I have received Luggage Set that is completely different to what I order in fact they delivered a 5 piece set instead of the 3 I ordered. Furthermore these bags are so flimsy that I promise a Card Board box is more sturdy. I have called Makro numerous times and have still no indication as to how they messed this up nor when it will be rectified.

MAKRO FAILING CUSTOMERS
DON’T EVER BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE IF THEY SAY “COMING FROM A THIRD PARTY”!!! I bought a 3piece luggage/suitcase set on the Makro sight but the cases were coming from a company called “Happy deals”, the suitcases were delivered on Tuesday.. On arrival the box was flimsy and damaged (unfortunately the package had been accepted by someone else, since I was not home).. The box was not properly taped and it was dirty, the suitcases inside were different colours and they were damaged and dirty!! You could see that they sold us old and used suitcases.. Now sadly when I called Makro, I was told to take pictures and email them, then they would have a currier company pick them up and I have to wait + a week to get my refund. Today the currier came to collect the damaged goods and they refused to take the stuff because the box was damaged, yet I couldn’t take back the stuff as Makro is not the ones dispatching it, worst of all the box came in that state..When I called this Happy Deals company to complain, the guy I spoke too had a “programmed” response telling me to contact Makro and went as far as blaming the currier company of damaging the box and the suitcases, which is ridiculous because there’s no way that the currier could’ve placed different colored suitcases and scratched the wheels and dirtied them and put them in the state they were in.. I am very very disappointed in Makro for allowing third party companies to advertise and sell on their website, and deliver used and damaged goods to their customers.. I’m never ever gonna buy from Makro ever again!!!

Happy deals need to get themselves sorted out. Or just close down
I returned an order according to happy deals specification which was birthday presents... 16 july. According to sapo tracking it was delivered. To this date 14 August 2019 snappy deals say they did not receive it. Absolutely frustrated!!! There is no manager or senior person that I can talk to it escalate this matter

Inferior products and bad customer service
I bought 3 suitcases from them. Using it for the first time, not even getting to my destination 2 of the suitcases broke while it was being loaded in the plane. They refused to even acknowledge the their products are inferior. Do not buy anything from them. It is a waste of money and time. Buy anywhere else but from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE I have purchased spinning mops but when it arrive the buckets was cracked and the handle of the mop was broken. They said i could send the mops back an they will pay for the shipping costs from the post office, I have sended back the item as still waiting for my refund or reply. They don't reply me at all Dissapointing!

I phoned them at the end of November and they promised me delivery before Christmas. Perhaps they meant Christmas 2020... I have once again tried to call them today and their automated switchboard, eventually after I had tried to get someone on the line, said I had exceeded the allowed attempts to contact them and cut me off. DO NOT BUY FROM HAPPY DEALS!!! IT WILL BE A VERY UNHAPPY EXPERIENCE AS THEY ARE INTENT ON TAKING YOUR MONEY WITHOUT DELIVERING PRODUCT. Disgusting...
