It’s been TWO days with no fibre, and your so-called “updates” are a joke. Every time I call, I get the same useless script about “technicians in the area,” yet nothing changes. Your service is honestly a complete piece of ****. The way your company handles outages is embarrassing no communication, no urgency, no accountability. Just excuses. For a fibre provider, you clearly have no clue how to keep a network actually running. PIECE OF ****
I’m honestly fed up at this point. My fibre has been down for TWO days, and every time I contact you, I get the same useless answer: “Octotel is down in your area.” No updates, no timeline, no actual help and not even a damn ticket created for me. I’m wasting my own money on data and airtime just to chase you for a service I already pay for every month. This is ridiculous. I pay Vodacom, not Octotel, so get your act together and sort this out. Two days with no fibre and zero proper communication is unacceptable
I ordered two items from Amazon, both from the same reseller, HappyDeals. I received only one item. I contacted Amazon and the reseller, sent pictures, and provided everything they asked for, but I have not been assisted. HappyDeals is a ****. Do not order from them; they are nonsense people who **** South African citizens.
