I have an account with Game stores which is RCS and now that I want to close the account it’s a BIG problem!!!! RCS is a SCAM!!! I’m so angry right now!!!!!!! I have a Game account, I received my statement for April and on the 25th of April 2022, I payed the entire outstanding amount and now they are refusing to close my account saying I have to pay for a service fee that will be charged on the 1st of May yet by then this account should be closed!!!! Why do I need to pay extra and for a service I wound be using just to close the account???? It’s a rip off!!! I’m so upset like I’ve paid what you stated I owe on the statement but now that I won’t to pay the account I’m being charged extra!!! And worst of all I paid on Monday yet already I owe them like it’s a scam!!! I’ll never ever ever hVe an account with RCS ever again!!! I’ve paid my ENTIRE outstanding balance so please close that account because I refuse to pay extra
DON’T EVER BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE IF THEY SAY “COMING FROM A THIRD PARTY”!!! I bought a 3piece luggage/suitcase set on the Makro sight but the cases were coming from a company called “Happy deals”, the suitcases were delivered on Tuesday.. On arrival the box was flimsy and damaged (unfortunately the package had been accepted by someone else, since I was not home).. The box was not properly taped and it was dirty, the suitcases inside were different colours and they were damaged and dirty!! You could see that they sold us old and used suitcases.. Now sadly when I called Makro, I was told to take pictures and email them, then they would have a currier company pick them up and I have to wait + a week to get my refund. Today the currier came to collect the damaged goods and they refused to take the stuff because the box was damaged, yet I couldn’t take back the stuff as Makro is not the ones dispatching it, worst of all the box came in that state..When I called this Happy Deals company to complain, the guy I spoke too had a “programmed” response telling me to contact Makro and went as far as blaming the currier company of damaging the box and the suitcases, which is ridiculous because there’s no way that the currier could’ve placed different colored suitcases and scratched the wheels and dirtied them and put them in the state they were in.. I am very very disappointed in Makro for allowing third party companies to advertise and sell on their website, and deliver used and damaged goods to their customers.. I’m never ever gonna buy from Makro ever again!!!
