Shocked by a PYTHON at a family restaurant! :(

We had the worst experiences in the Morningside one. We kept on going because my kids love the transformers but we consistently received cold food with having to suffer unacceptably long waiting times all while sitting on hard benches without back support. I drew the line when I shocked by the presence of a PYTHON without warning! The guy who was walking around with it taking it from table to table laughed because apparently frightening people with a snake is funny. I’ve never been back especially after a friend told me she had the same snake experience there. They really should warn people about it prior. Terrible experience.
