This is why we do what we do at Blueice Property. Superior Residential Letting and Sales "Dear Loren My journey with BlueIce Property Rental started in 2015 when you became my Rental Managing Agent, to rent out my two properties. You were always hands on, gave good practical advice (especially when I renovated the one property) plus you gave me contacts for good contractors to carry out the work. Your knowledge of the rental side of properties is so sound and you have a lot of experience. I valued your advice and guidance at all times. Rentals were always paid on time. If I had to prepare an Income and Expenditure Statement for SARS, you would email me the information I needed. When I was out of the country and maintenance had to be carried out, you were a WhatsApp call away. You took a heavy burden off my shoulders. The properties were also inspected from time to time to ensure that tenants were taking good care of them. When I wanted to sell my one property, you negotiated with the tenant on my behalf and it was sold to him. It was stress free and I was very happy with the selling price. In 2022 I decided to sell my 2nd property and so you recommended an Estate Agent to assist me. You have always gone the extra mile and I am happy to recommend your services to anybody who is looking for an honest, hardworking and knowledgeable Managing Agent. Loren Goslin, I salute you. Does not want to repair small items as promised when the contract was signed.
Promised to come and make repairs and there is no action from their end. Very disappointed in the service provided. Won't engage with the company after my lease, won't recommend to anyone in the future.

Scammers!!!!!!
Absolute garbage service, TOTAL SCAMMERS!! You are guaranteed you will NEVER get your deposit back, never repair breakages, their buildings leak everywhere, they just paint over broken things so it looks appealing to pple!

Absolute garbage service, TOTAL SCAMMERS!! You are guaranteed you will NEVER get your deposit back, never repair breakages, their buildings leak everywhere, they just paint over broken things so it looks appealing to pple!

Never use these guys, they are scammers. They always make sure they never pay back the deposit when you move out. They never repair anything, their inspection too 3 months only for them to decide not to give us our deposit back. Inwould never reccomend them to anyone.SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

Never use these guys, they are scammers. They always make sure they never pay back the deposit when you move out. They never repair anything, their inspection too 3 months only for them to decide not to give us our deposit back. Inwould never reccomend them to anyone.SCAMMERS!!!! Total scammers! I had the opportunity to see an apartment and was advised about a lease/admin fee but upon receiving an application form, it stated I need to pay a non-refundable application fee. Never have I experienced such craftiness for someone who’s from a rough & scary neighbourhood! Even the streets has greater integrity! These people are taking a serious dump on the Consumer Protection Act. It’s a nice way of conning money out of people. You don’t even have to do realty anymore; all you do is take applications to make money. “A non-refundable application fee is actually very common, as it proves to the landlord / agent that the applicant is serious about the place, has done his homework and is confident that he will be approved.” - Really? It more likely proves how desperate you are for money, how disgustingly crooked your business ethics are along with your disregard for people and the country’s statutes! On the other hand; I received excellent service from a realty agent from ICS Estate Agency and got a bigger apartment for less a few street down. No application fees, no hidden costs, no hidden agenda’s. Kudos to you ICS; Blueice (neither water or ice is blue) can learn a thing or three from veterans like you! If you reading this as a consumer, don’t rent from them nor trust them with your property! Coz surely all you want is to receive your income and have your property looked after.
