I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance
if there is a chance to give a zero rating i was going to do it. The emails of this company don't go through, i tried to call the company to clear my item on Wednesday its now Friday there is no help from the organisation. What a waste of time, the guys want me to travel 50 KM just to give them documents which can be sent via email. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SHIPPING COMPANY. I deal with DHL most of the time, and my items are cleared way before they arrive in SA, and i know i communicate with one person not with UPS, 3 people drop emails with no solution.
I wrote my bad review, the guy responded and my item was delivered before the end of the day. But i will still insist on having calls with your clients. Much appreciated. Keep on improving.
Bad service, the company does not communicate with its clients. There is no update what so ever from Ram. This company should be calling clients, in regard to when they will deliver the item. Its my third time having bad service from this company and its annoying.
Have difficulties in buying the electricity, the company does not have an app, but advertise their services, saying open via app, on the cell phone, tried to call the call center the agent dropped the call without assisting me.
I recently picked that UBER is not refunding the fees of the trips in the event that the driver cancels the trip, I requested refunds, in cases where the driver failed to come. It's now 2 months since my first refund hasn't been processed. WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE. This is worse because we don't look for these transactions on our bank statements since there are small in most cases.
My router just stopped working after 1 month of purchase and had lost the slip. Went to Cresta Incredible Connections, and received 5-star service. Incredible service like their name. Recommend them to anyone.
I would like to give 100% good feedback to Rain Internet service after we had a disagreement. However, for good business, I would note this to RAIN as organization, after having your technicians check my speed nothing changed. Then today I bought routers and some 5g routers, and my speed is what I do expect. Here is the thing, the old computers and TVs we are using uses 2.4 which is far slower. i changed my Desktop wifi connector and my speed is consistently over 150Mbps, this is what rain need to explain to their clients.
They are crocks, their internet speed changes randomly. I have used rain for 12 months now on a 5G Premium and used to receiving good speed, now my speed is actually below 20 Mbps. I called the company with no help, only to be told to change the position of the route so that I can be connected to a different tower. The most annoying thing is that, my current address has 3 towers closer to me with 0.44k, and 1.09 km. however, I'm connected to a tower that is 1.5km, I call and ask why there is now reasonable answers, Useless company.
I cancelled my data contract with Vodacom in the month of March, and they decided to offer me a different deal, which I rejected. To my surprise, Vodacom has been deducting double amounts of money from my account for 3 or 4 months, which I then referred to the bank to reverse the last month's transaction. Yesterday Vodacom did send me summons saying there are taking me to debt collectors. Why would a company like Vodacom forcefully or push their products on clients, because I called their contact center and informed them that I have a better internet service provider and was no longer interested in their service. If they say its not true i will forward you they emails used for communication.
