could not care attatude
Applied for a LTE service. Called for feedback and was told the 3 to 4 days they orriginaly said was more lie 7 to 10 days and I cannot talk to anyone in applications as they only work by email.
Now this is for a new service. Just think how many hoops you will have to jump through tosort out service issues.
Stay away from them.

Your application was sent to Telkom on Monday at 1pm (2.5 days ago)- we sent you an email with your reference and advised this could take up to 4 working days for an outcome and once received would advise you further. We have never stated that the full process would take 3-4 working days, It takes 3-4 working days to be approved and then delivered to you thereafter. You called into our offices requesting feedback and were advised that there is no outcome yet due to these turn around times. You then became angry about this and demanded to talk to applications and were advised the outcome would be the same and that you could email them to request this. Yes the applications department does not take calls due to the large amount of work they deal with they are unable to sit on the phone to customers. However you were put through to them and were advised the same feedback as before and became more rude even with the information given that we should receive the outcome by later today as they are currently approving applications from Monday. The sales team and assistants of the applications department are able to give feedback to customers and are readily available to be contacted via phone at any time. The applications department is also very on the ball with feedback on email. You demanded that you needed the device by Saturday and we said it would probably be only early next week and you said you needed to cancel which we advised we would do for you. We did our very best to assist you, we are a reselller for Telkom and you are their customer. We assist in the application process and then rely on Telkom to process, credit vet and deliver currently and are set to those turn around times.

After you were angry with the feedback that one of our friendly and kind sales people had advised you which was perfectly correct you spoke to the manager. You angrily insisted you would need to cancel if the application was not delivered by Saturday. You were advised that it would only be approved today and you would probably only receive it early next week. Therefore I advised you I would be able to cancel the application for you as you were insistent that you had to have it by then. We have very high service levels at Bluenet, we have a friendly, kind and very on the ball team. We do not lie to our customers and communicated to you accurately with respect and care and with all the information we had. If you would like to still go ahead with the application then please urgently let us know so we can advise them not to cancel it.

So the call logged on my phone for 08h37 on the 20 Feb is a mystry?
Anyway no point of he said she said, as it is probalbly better this way. I can just see futher complications later if there is a issue with service. You will say contact Telkom, and Telkom will say I must contact you. ........

21 Feb 2019, 10:37Good day Trevor, we are a different channel to the online direct and all the applications we send in are sent to Telkom Head office to the processing team there who deal with a number of companies with high volumes of applications. Telkom is a large company with many different channels. In the new month we will be processing our own applications on the same systems and the turn around times will decrease rapidly however we have never lied or miscommunicated the turn around times we currently sit with. That is great that that they have assisted you. With regards to your call on the 20th, very strange that as if you called in you would have been reassured and known the turn around time was the 4 working days and would surely not have been angry and aggresive in our approach and accuse our company of not giving you the correct information when you called in today. As stated before we are a reseller and sell exatly the same as Telkom sell to the public. You are their customer and we only assist in the application process, you signed their contract so you are correct you would have to have called them after delivery/activation for any further support as we are unable to asssit with after sales/technical issues that could arise. Our company did everything to assist you as best we could. All the best
