I have to say how impressed I am in this turnaround time bluenet staff have taken, in under 3 days I signed up, sent an incorrect document to which was rectified and today being the 3rd day they said I would expect drlivery shortly. Now if that's no efficiency at its highest then I don't know what is, wrll done team bluenet

I took an Lte package with Bluenet a sister company with Telkom on the 30/06/18 for 40gb data at R269pm, I was billed by Telkom as per contract for the first 4 months, the wifi generally cut off around the 27th of the month which I accepted as the data being used up, then on the 5th month they debited my account for R762, 86, I called Telkom & tried explaining that this contract was taken for 40gb and they had to bill me 40gb at R269 as per contract, I tried several times again held on for management who never took my call, I left messages for them to call me, that never happened either, I reversed the debit order and did a manual payment as per contract hoping then would then call and rectify, there was no response apart from debiting my account for larger amts, I reversed their debits and did manual payments, my account is now suspended and they send me a letter of demand from credit management, its sad how a big company like Telkom can display such unethical behavior

Applied for a LTE service. Called for feedback and was told the 3 to 4 days they orriginaly said was more lie 7 to 10 days and I cannot talk to anyone in applications as they only work by email. Now this is for a new service. Just think how many hoops you will have to jump through tosort out service issues. Stay away from them.

Thank you Monique at Bluenet, you have been an absolute STAR. I'm finally up and running. I must apologise because the service from you has been fast and professional, from the beginning. Thank you for the excellent service. I will most certainly be referring you to who ever I might talk to.

I applied for Telkom data package on line, then received a response from Bluenet that they can offer me a package through Cell C. After waiting a month for delivery, the router finally got delivered. Only to find out that no number was provided by Cell C. I cannot contact them on 084135 from another provider. The connection has been LIMITED. So why would I want to go into a contract with a provider that cannot deliver???????? Does customer service not exist in the country anymore. Why do I have to run to Hello Peter before something is done or you're able to connect with Cell C???? This must be the most pathetic service I have every received. So people beware before you join.

Kirk D Director. My wife had her application approved and a router package delivered to her this week, all done in less than 3 days. And to top it off the wi-fi service has technically been great! But 2 or 3 days into the deal, and from out of the blue we should add, we have received an sms from bluenet warning us to expect some kind of ballooned first payment, without specifying the actual amount. To say that we are taken aback is an understatement. Of course, the agreed monthly subscription could be increased by just R10 for that one first payment and that would be us making a mountain out of a molehill. But surely any extra costs should have been advertised as such? Or at the very least we should have been notified of these costs during the application process? Is there any good reason that potential customers are not informed of these? Honestly, if not for the surprise in this, you guys would be 5 star rated and fully recommended by us, to every single person that we know. Who knows, with the right kind of reaction or response, you might still get that from otherwise really satisfied customer?
