No Feedback - Blue net

I signed a contract with Cell C via Bluenet for the amount of R439.00pm agreed amount! When i received my monthly bill from Cell c the amount was billed for R956.80 excluding VAT. I would like an explanation do not get feedback from applications.

Good day Morne, we are sorry to hear of your issue with overbilling, the only applications you sent to Bluenet with the deals you requested were sent to cell c who process it on their system which we have sent to you again to show this. Today was the first email you sent us to advise of an issue and before we had a chance to reply with the support details for them - 084 135 you put this comment up. We email every customer with feedback we receive and never ignore any emails. I'm sure you saw that from all the emails/query's you communicated with the applications about when you applied. Cell C have made an error from their side and this has nothing to do with Bluenet and only they can rectify this as you are their customer and we have no access to their system. We are very sorry about the inconvenience and do hope they rectify this soon. Kind Regards Bluenet

As per my mail to Bluenet - Cell c referred me back to Bluenet stating the msitake was is at Bluenet site therefore i logged this compliant. After understanding now i do apologies.
