I lodged a review on Friday regarding dismal service recieved from FNB, 30 mins later I recieved a call from CLINTON Hendricks from FNB who attempted to assist me, today, 3 business days later I want to applaud and commend the sterling service recieved by this gentleman, he went above and beyond his duty to assist me and its because of this I will continue to bank with them Thank you
I took out a fnb hospital cash back plan a few months ago as it seemed great value for money as I told by the consultant, little did I know how painful it was to actually get my money paid out by fnb after I was hospitalized. Almost a month has passed and not a word from them, I was hospitalized for over a week, completed the claim and gave every piece of information to them but have no joy. They refuse to pay out what is due as per our policy. Utterly poor service as due to the illness I have not been to work an expected this funds to assist
Literally am having the worst experience ever with vodacom, 2 weeks ago I encountered an issue as my services were blocked, reported to their customer service department to which they told me it will take 7 days to get back to me regarding the unblocking, what grates me is this line is prepaid and was used for business, ti date this line is still blocked and they have not had any decency in contacting me, the impact that this Has caused due to many of my clients not being able to get a hold of me has been disastrous,
So on the 2nd of February 2021 I had a incident which saw my phone bounce down a flight of stairs which rendered it being unusable, at 1st literally 4_5 days the level of service from pineapple was transcendent in every aspect, the required information was given as requested and the last 2 days its dead silence, have left countless messages via the web based platform i have called but only reach their automated voice line to which I have left countless messages to be called back. I just need to know and understand the way forward, I have some valuable items also insured here and was on the brink of insuring my vehicle but have serious doubts now, if they are oblivious to a cellular phone claim imagine a larger item of value,
I have to say how impressed I am in this turnaround time bluenet staff have taken, in under 3 days I signed up, sent an incorrect document to which was rectified and today being the 3rd day they said I would expect drlivery shortly. Now if that's no efficiency at its highest then I don't know what is, wrll done team bluenet

We have a strong conviction and unwavering belief in help and the potential it has to forge a bridge that changes can’t to can; our values are consistent with this CREDENCE. these are mere words that at once truly was the foundation that built the brand but not anymore, I justify my statement with respect to the false sense of references being 2367358 and 2626315 which to date have no resolution, I have lost every faith in your ability to keep customers happy, in 4 months I have lost well over R10k by pure ignorance of the bank with no accountability, now that I need what was taken without my consent I am thrown to the wolves with no assistance from the bank.
It's been a poor awful experience banking with FNB and to make matters worse being part of the private wealth sector, 1 would think that with the amount of fees you pay you should get preferable benefits and treatment, 20th October a unauthorised debit ran and I since then flagged it with my team of bankers and their fraud department, since then not a single solid answer or feedback was given to me, i probably called about 100 times, sent emails, chatted on their app to no avail, I have submitted the documents stipulating that this was a fraud matter but no one cares, I have references and scripts were there management was to call me and to this day and time not 1 person did so, To make matters worse in April I closed an account in writing to them and they did not close the account and by error a client paid me a large sum of which I never received, now when I call its either they cut the call or refuse to help me resolve the issue that they caused, one of the worst experiences I have ever received,
I have been being debited from a company that's non existent since July this year, I have flagged this issue with FNB countless times only to have been told that it is being escalated to by admin,then I logged it to the fraud department and have not heard anything from them since July, last week I called them only to be put on hold for 62 minutes and they decided to end the call, tonight I have been in contact with a banker for more than an hour who could not assist me, so I want to guarantee you that whether you are a gold account holder or a private wealth client you will receive the exact same service, its pointless paying exorbitant amounts to be called a Private wealth client when you clearly are not treated as one, FNB seems to allow companies to take funds from individuals account without any mandates and when queried FNB escalates the matter and you have to wait up to 6 months for the reversal all whilst these companies continue to debit your account, as for stopping the payments means nothing because all this company needs to do is change their reference and voila, they can steal your money.
Please public, don't be fooled by these people claiming to assist you, they are a bunch of thieves and downright rogues, they prey on weak and poor people with no consciousness for how they steal, this is a white collar crime and I'm busy with exposing these cunning foxes
The worst online sportsbook I've come across, literally claim that an error was made and discarded a decent "loyalty Voucher", I will never spend a cent here because these guys always take and rarely give I'm way way better off at hollywoodbets and betway,
