Applied for a LTE service. Called for feedback and was told the 3 to 4 days they orriginaly said was more lie 7 to 10 days and I cannot talk to anyone in applications as they only work by email. Now this is for a new service. Just think how many hoops you will have to jump through tosort out service issues. Stay away from them.
Had my car repaired in December 2018. part of the quote was to touch up stone chips. When I collected the car, none of the stone chips were repaired. The main item of repair was badly done , there was overspray all over the car, and they did not clean the adhesive from the masking take. I will never use them again.

Placed an order online on the 21/12/18. Was promised a consultant would get back to me within 24 hours. As at 28/12/18 still no consultant has contacted me. Called them and got board after waiting for over 10 min on the phone. Vodacom the whole aim of ordering online is so that you don't have to wait for a consultant on the phone or ques in a shop.
this shipment was overvalued. Dispite me sending an invoice, proof of payment and a mail from the supplier saying it was over valued FedEx has not reacted to this information. Each time I call the call center, they tell me it will be sorted, but it never is. I have spoke to senior manages about this package, but still all I get is words and no action. This package should have been delivered in 3 days. Now two weeks later I am still waiting. FedEx blames customes- an easy excuse. But I get the feeling there is no real drive to deliver this item
I have a kit ordered in the USA and send Global priority mail with a guaranteed turnaround of 3 working days. This was posted on the 15 October. Now 6 working days later i am told by FedEX the vlaue of this shipment is over R 52 000. Yet the comercial invoice states it at $ 1 500! I am then told it will take 7 working days to sort our??
on Sunday 17 June I reported Fault 10CTK170618. Telkom just cleared this fault from the sustem without fixing it or sending an SMS as they clame they did. I then re-reported it on the 20 June as 203CTK190618. Still not repaired. When you call the call center you get a whole lot of BS!! In short the call center agents are not helpfull at all, and will not give their names. They say it is telkom policy. If this is policy it indicates they are hiding their poor customer service! What telkom did show me was the need to pay the extra instalation fee and get fiber connected. At least then I will get reliable service from a proper private company!
I applied for a croatian visa on the 8 May. When I called on the 25 May to find out where it is and i was leaving on the 3 June the responce I got from the call center agent was "Just Postpon your trip" Not only that, but the staff clearly dont know what is going on as some say 15 calandar days and other say 15 working days!!! With an attatude like that i wont be using them again. VSF Global shame on you!!!
