I've been with them for over 6 months and each month they disappoint somehow. If it's not the lack of communication when there's an outage , it's that they are making you pay for a 50 Mb line but are unable to give you this, or random service outages at crucial times of the day in this WFRH climate.
On average it fluctuates around 20 Mb for both upload and download , about 10 % of the time i get 45 Mb download and maybe 31 Mb upload.
You don't have the ability to manage your own router they manage it for you (remotely) which is a first for me. Overall I am not pleased with the level of service I am receiving from them.
