Beautiful and simple interface easy to use af. They didn't get 5 because of the payment gateway there's always some strange delay when I use a master card but that's not a train smash.
Not sure if they exist. No one answers emails or phone calls. Apparently they are the fibre infrastructure owner for my complex they provided a list of ISP on the list only 1 ISP can provide connection. They are horrible so you literally have no choice.
They have some of the worst customer service. Their system made a billing error and I've been disconnected for a week now. Their call center gave me the run around asking for proof of payment. I provided said proof amd they've been unreachable since. Only reason I gave them 2 stars and not 1 is because they weren't always like this.
I've been with them for over 6 months and each month they disappoint somehow. If it's not the lack of communication when there's an outage , it's that they are making you pay for a 50 Mb line but are unable to give you this, or random service outages at crucial times of the day in this WFRH climate. On average it fluctuates around 20 Mb for both upload and download , about 10 % of the time i get 45 Mb download and maybe 31 Mb upload. You don't have the ability to manage your own router they manage it for you (remotely) which is a first for me. Overall I am not pleased with the level of service I am receiving from them.
