Booked and paid for Blyde Boat Cruise in October 2017.
Never received any mails or calls afterwards to confirm times and dates. (Although other people got phone calls the day before) When we showed up on the 24th December the boat left without our group of 7 people and another group of 4.
We just got told it is our loss, the boat waits for no one. We stayed at the jetty to see if you could get onto a next cruise. What a surprise to witness that the next trip was delayed for a group booking. Someone was even allowed to get off the boat and use the restrooms 10 minutes after departure time. We took pictures as proof.
They clearly have double standards on who they are willing to wait for. Will rather support other companies in that area in future.
They did mail me the evening (wonder how they then suddenly got a hold of my email again?) to say that we cancelled the booking. Clearly not, we stayed there until after 13:00 and then gave up.
I emailed them twice with the photos attached, but never received any response.
