Unprofessional and very bad service (Rude staff)
Disappointed customer, bad service from Zambezi ARC. My car was booked in and it's 1 month and 2 weeks., and this people keep on saying the car is in for painting but they are lying. This is really unacceptable and the service is very bad. They don't keep us up to date we have to contact them. If they not waiting for spares then it is something else. Yesterday they said we can't get the car today (Friday). We need the car and it must be fixed as we pay for it. This is ***ken really unacceptable 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 poor service really. I will never recommend them to anyone, they even on a bad list at Miway. 🤬🤬 Even the managers are so unprofessional, lying lying lying. They don't know how to talk to their customers as well.
I need someone to contact me and let me know that I can come and fetch my car.

08 Mar 2024, 07:11I have never encountered such bad service like the service I'm currently getting from the ARC Zambezi Centre. I booked my car in on the 5th February 2024 for repairs on the right fender and the front bumper. The front bumper is to be replaced but the fender is to be repaired, I never got updates or feedback from them I had to call every time for an update. I've been told they waiting for the parts to come. Last week Friday I was told again the parts arrived they only waiting for the right hand side headlamp. Yesterday I received a whatsapp message stating that the right hand federal must still be ordered. Everything I was told is just lies. Can it really take almost 5 weeks to fix a fender and a bumper. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I hope that I have never have to deal with these people again. Horrible service really🤬🤬🤬
