I traded-in my vehicle in November 2019 with this dealership. The following year, i received 2 fines in CapeTown for the vehicle not having valid registration. The dealership sold the vehicle on and DID NOT change the registration to the new owner. I brough this to the attention of the dealership and they have taken over a year and still did not pay one of the fines. I had to settle the fine as i was renewing my drivers license card earlier this year. The dealership has to date REFUSED to refund me for the fine. I've has to pay due to their fraudulent behaviour. BMW-SA intervened but still no resolution. Customers should be careful when dealing with this dealership.
