It seems that Discovery has sneakily changed the requirements for the Apple Watch Benefit. Previously we could get a watch with Vitality and the Discovery Black Credit card. Yesterday, i tried to access a new benefit and found that you now need to have Discovery Bank Suite to get the Apple Watch benefit. Why was this change not advertised particularly to existing Clients? Time to reconsider all my Discovery products.
Be careful of Vodacom taking online orders for devices where there is no stick available and they do not advise you of this fact until AFTER the order is confirmed. Worse still, i had to call in to find out what was happening. There is ZERO correspondence from the time the quote is generated. Surely the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud should investigate this practice of selling goods not available and not informing the customer upfront.
I have an ASUS TUF F15 and the webcam suddenly stopped working. ASUS cannot provide a solution for the problem. We have tried all options they provided but nothing worked. The camera is detected but not operational. ASUS cannot even provide a driver for the webcam installed. Useless company with useless products.
Skynet informed that my parcel will be delivered on 15 January 2025. No sign of the parcel to date and no information from them. I sent numerous messages and emails and finally got a response late yesterday that the driver was still out on delivery but nothing arrived. Queried this morning and no response. This company seems to be the worst delivery company in SA, along with CCD Couriers. They seem to have a contract with the Government to deliver vehicles licenses. This should definitely be reviewed.
I redeemed a Discovery Watch benefit at iStore who supp**** me with a brand new faulty unit. After much debate they credited the full value of the watch. I'm trying to get hold of Discovery Vitality to issue a new watch voucher and left a message on Saturday 8 Dec 2023 with no response as yet. There are no email contact details to escalate anything at Discovery and Hellopeter website seems to be the only option. Discovery customer service is pathetic no matter who you interact with.
I collected an apple Watch 9 41mm on Saturday 11 November 2023 at the Mall of Africa store. I have since discovered that the brightness is very low in low light conditions, even with the device brightness turned to full. The Apple discussion forums on the internet are full of stories of this problem with the Watch 9. Seems to be a hardware issue and not software related, I emailed iStore this morning about this issue but they failed to respond. It seems to me that the iStore is selling products that have a known issue, if the internet complaints are to be believed. iStore must respond to my complaint and take back a clearly defective device. A full investigation is required to determine if iStore is knowingly selling products with known issues.
Why is AVIS the only travel partner that REFUSES to allow us to add a booking onto the AVIS App because the booking was made on another platform and not directly with them? They need to move into century with this technology available and convenience for their customers.
FNB is the most disgusting bank as a business partner. These clowns put a FICA stop on my 84 year old mother's bank account without informing anyone. This was only discovered when we tried to transact on the account.
Please be very careful when dealing with Tracker and trying to cancel a subscription. The telephone number provided (011) 243 6000 keeps you on hold until you are frustrated into disconnecting the call. This seems to be their strategy in delaying your cancellation. I submitted a cancellation request on their website and they never got back to me.
Hi, I'm trying to settle my Apple Watch benefit but nobody seems able to help. First it took 3 days to get my settlement amount and now nobody can explain how/where i can settle the outstanding amount.
