<div>This branch is inhuman and classist, and disrespect female black customers. My car was at the dealer for a month, absurd. When I got there, they diagnosed the car and gave me a quotation that included rims and etc. My car didn't start, then thy quoted me 23 786 including diagnosis, when I picked up my car they forget to put in water and a coolant, I drove to the garage, and we added the water and coolant. the quotation included power distribution and now my car. when driving is losing power. BMW South gate customer service manager was so rude even told me to go ahead and report to the ombudsman. I went back after next day. then he lies that thy put in the water, whereas I can go to the garage in waterfall and get a cctv footage of the water and coolant.</div>
