I'm writing to express my extreme frustration with the difficulties I've encountered while trying to cancel my month-to-month contract. Despite visiting a physical store, I was unable to get assistance and was instead directed to call 083 135. However, every time I've tried to call this number, I've been cut off by the customer service and retention department. there is no help at all, MTN is pathetic as their uncapped. To make matters worse, your system allegedly can't cancel my contract, and I'm still being charged despite, I have the box and modem. This is unacceptable, and I'm finding it incredibly challenging to get a resolution.
<div>This branch is inhuman and classist, and disrespect female black customers. My car was at the dealer for a month, absurd. When I got there, they diagnosed the car and gave me a quotation that included rims and etc. My car didn't start, then thy quoted me 23 786 including diagnosis, when I picked up my car they forget to put in water and a coolant, I drove to the garage, and we added the water and coolant. the quotation included power distribution and now my car. when driving is losing power. BMW South gate customer service manager was so rude even told me to go ahead and report to the ombudsman. I went back after next day. then he lies that thy put in the water, whereas I can go to the garage in waterfall and get a cctv footage of the water and coolant.</div>
I would like to make a complaint about Game Bloed Mall cellphone division, before being assisted by Nhlanhla, there was a lady that had a confrontation with us about proof of residence since we were opening a contract, that we can't use an account that shows proof of address but only a municipal bill. We then came back with the store account statement and then they put it on the system. the double deal for iPhone 13 which was R14 000, and it was approved, and they said we need to pay R27 000 Upfront by Nhlanhla and iPhone 11 has declined. please verify what the hell is this?
I Called on last week Tuesday and wensday and spoke to the agent and she assured me I will get my refund on Friday 1st of March or Saturday 2nd of March and and I didnt the refund. Went through their website and did the request refund, send proof of payments but I bank with fnb! and Wesbank automated response ' an agent will call you back and didn't'

I am really upset at Netstar, I have two weeks now after the call for a contract. Then after a week with no fitment, I decided to cancel the contract, I called their cancellation department, and they said its cancelled and i will get a letter. They didn't send the letter, I then called their customer service and i find that my account is still active, and now they make excuses that their system is down after their asked my ID, and now thy cant cancel...Can you please cancel that contract
