Undermined customer

In 2018 i got a top of the range service when i bought my car where i also extended that to the principal dealer. Last month I visited the garage with an intention to upgrade where a lady assisted us and promised to call us with OTP which we never received till now only one call we received which was about settlement amount which puzzled me as to why are we being ingnored
