Beware of SMG BMW Balito selling you an accident damaged car , not disclosing everything!! They sold me a demo X3 , that they said had a minor comment of some cosmetic work!! Only to find out, when I sent it into BMW Sandton that there was more, and motor plan rejected!! Only after kicking up a storm they agreed to repair, left me without a car for 2 weeks, no call from anyone to even apologize!! Rather buy another brand!!

Worst customer service ever!!! sent my car in for sorting out after they so called said they put new parts that i paid for but the same day i took my car back from them ,my car gave me the same issue then i called again they fetched the car and then they saying that the same part that i paid for is broken again...how is that possible and now they gave my car back with the problem being worst and saying that they cant do any for a brand new part they installed this is pathetic service from such a big brand, i don't recommend anyone to take there car in to them.

I have been servicing my BMW 320D since brand new at Ballito today on the final brake fluid service On enquiry of extension of my motor plan They say my car’s engine had been tuned Unbelievable I have purchased 2 M5 from them Why would they even stoop to such disgusting behavior unimaginable I will never ever deal with such dishonest people again my car is 5 yrs old with under 80k and had zero issues apart from service from day 1 This is way below the belt behavior
