Good day Please pass this on to the manager, I left a note that night at reception but this was not followed or thrown away. I write this mail to lodge a complaint about the utter disrespect I received from your restaurant on the 01/04/2023 The evening before the 31/03/2023, we went to the restaurant to enquire about supper times and the menu, I saw customers coming out with polystyrene containers, so I asked the waiter outside if that allowed he said yes “ you paying for dinner it’s a restaurant” and I never see a sign saying no take away, so it made sense, I was fine with that and told my family on the 01/04/2023 we will have supper here. On the 01/04/2023 we proceeded for supper around 18;45, we sat down at the table for 3, we were eating our supper, and proceeded for dessert , you guys had a variety of dessert there, and there was a soccer team that was fining all the dessert, so I told my wife you rather collect the cheese cake and leave on our table so we can have some, she eat some had had half a container left, so by this time we decided to go back to the room, I asked if we can take this half away, the waiter called the supervisor “ Simo”, who said no, and become arrogant so I remembering what happened the night before and my conversation, at the door before I decided to have dinner here, and that I saw people taking out containers , not just one container, I become upset with this and said I am not happy with this, the supervisor “simo” must be retrained as he cannot handle customers , i was very unhappy being belittled by a supervisor and him representing an industry that relies on customers for income, I spent R650 that n9ght for 3 of us, so I am requesting my money back, and this is the last time I come to marine parade if we don’t feel comfortable. I write this message to complain about the unacceptable service at Volksrust Wmpy inside the Engen garage, This business has been really lazy and no sense of improving after the covid, I have eaten many times a month, there are no chicken livers or is it reserved. Wesbank doesnot appreciate customers, they pick on our down faults , slow payer etc., but fail to realize that i have paid them R7000, for 7,5 Years, Too quick to reject, dont have a customer relationship
