I went to nedbank in eshowe(eshowe brach), upon my arrival while still entering the bank a guy standing in front of the ask how can i be helped hot a bit uncomfortable as there is a designated desk for information he sent tme to sit somewhere where again a lady asks me the same question and she left to ask another guy if i may be assisted where her response was “they not sure if they will be able to assist me as am looking for old information which killed me that how can you respond with a negative statement without any attempt
The tiles that are outside towards ATMs are not for outdoors, when its raining they become too slipperyas they don'teven have the non slippery strips , been a victim where i also fell badly got injured. Kind request that they be changed or non slipperys be used.
The service i observed today (13/07/23) which is very undermining as we set for almost an hour and no customer assisted nor communication from the staff if there are challenges. When asked an indian lady who rudely responded by saying it depends on what you are here for when there was no customer being assisted what’s disturbing more is that the line was mostly very old people who will never have a voice to question as after my enquiry the line started to move which left me with questions that all was done to undermine us. FNB eshowe Noted also worsely that fNB eshowe have a backup that is to accommodate stage one only while in other towns its not like that why are we treated this bad and to note all other banks across theirs work even if its stage 6
Supervisor on the shift working evening on the 8th July 2023 rudely cancelled our booking making us to be stranded resulting in us driving back home when booking was made and we were told because its now late payment may not appear by the arrival time better pay upon arrival which was a recommendation by the hotel to our suprise when we came for check in room was not available as we didn’t pay instead fine print was read to us in a very rude manner
I am on monthly basis pay for the bank charges when I don’t receive any benefits as i often told that am allocated a private banker who never help anytime when needed. Eg currently have called for what i think is the easiest In contact service which i have asked to be activated till now no help
I pay lot of bank charges under the banner private banking where its a clear daylight robbery or scam as I don’t see any benefit. I don’t know who is the banker as when you call no response you get and the one i last spoke to was the issue of notification I don’t get any asked why did it change as it was se no answer. This clearly an indication that fnb care less about us as customers. Other banks are tops this one sucks now bye fnb
Definition of your slogan which says “how can we help you” is the service i received from Ms Xoli Khumalo of Eshowe Branch. Well done keep up the professionalism.
Why are being scammed by the so called private bankers very useless service we are being charged extra but there is real no benefit. I have learnt that standard bank excels on this service which is why am leaving fnb as they don’t help
What is the duty of the private banker when the card expires and you get a call from someone else and you hardly get hold of the allocated private banker. Its not the first time am raising this
They loote us and show many airlines when booking then cancel others late where you have to wait for long time which is real irritating
