Shocking service from Suncoast Towers
Just did a booking with Suncoast Hotel Tsogu Sun - my goodness me - they answer the phone so unprofessionally, dont answer emails and when they do you need to send 10 emails for them to understand. There is one lady there Palvi, who is actually friendly and helpful, but what a fight to get to speak to her every time - and when she is off for the day....eish, dont know how they run this hotel. Shocking and disappointing. So I have to wait and wait and ask more than once for an invoice for extra transfers - which I get only after client is checked in- and then they call and call me for payment - even though it is their fault they did not send invoice earlier. Do direct clients also get such shocking service I wonder. Will not be using them again.

Suncoast towers very rude
Supervisor on the shift working evening on the 8th July 2023 rudely cancelled our booking making us to be stranded resulting in us driving back home when booking was made and we were told because its now late payment may not appear by the arrival time better pay upon arrival which was a recommendation by the hotel to our suprise when we came for check in room was not available as we didn’t pay instead fine print was read to us in a very rude manner

Neliswa Shelembe is truly efficient
During the month of December I was booked into Suncoast Towers. My stay was absolutely beautiful and I was assisted by one of the staff named Neliswa Shelembe who was very efficient and helpful. She is such a bubbly person who made sure we were comfortable with our accommodation. She went the extra mile and did her best to make us happy. I would definitely recomnend Suncoast Towers to anybody who is looking for 5 star accommodation and entertainment. Sun Towers is the place to be. Thank you Neliswa.
