I ordered 2 of the Himalaya clear complexion whitening day creams at R275 each. I instead received the Himalaya clear complexion day cream not the whitening cream. This cream is selling at R135 currently. Firstly i received the wrong product and secondly there is a huge price difference. I have contacted Takealot over 30 times to complain and to date they still havent refunded me. They collected the creams for a refund but now they say that the refund is declined. How can they decline the refund when it is so clear that they gave me the wrong cream and over charged. Terrible service from them. Totally dissatisfied. My order number was 158566615.
During the month of December I was booked into Suncoast Towers. My stay was absolutely beautiful and I was assisted by one of the staff named Neliswa Shelembe who was very efficient and helpful. She is such a bubbly person who made sure we were comfortable with our accommodation. She went the extra mile and did her best to make us happy. I would definitely recomnend Suncoast Towers to anybody who is looking for 5 star accommodation and entertainment. Sun Towers is the place to be. Thank you Neliswa.
I am an existing telkom customer. I moved house and called Telkom more than 2 weeks ago with reference number CSN 2463.I waited a week and no agent came out to connect my ADSL. I then called Telkom again. Got a new order number CSN4080. Another week has passed and still bot connected. Try calling continuously but Telkom cant help. I try calling the open serve agent but his phone is continuously on voice. Service is so bad. Im thinking of changing network and canceling Telkom.
My name is Nisha Sukdeo and i was booked at Suncoast Towers from the 6th to 8th APRIL 2022.I am writing this review with heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the manager Leanne Murugan who made our stay an exceptional and extraordinary one. We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Suncoast and it will be a day that we will always remember, thanks to Leanne Murugan. She went out of her way to make us happy and comfortable. She is a real asset to Suncoast Towers. We really enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely be back soon. A great place to unwind and enjoy lots of entertainment.
I called the Chatsworth Pick n Pay a few minutes ago. Spoke to a lady named Linda. Absolutely unhelpful. I asked if Vuse or twisp was now open at the store. She transferred my call where there was no answer. I called nine times again. She answered once and didnt let me speak. Transferred the call again. No answer. I continued to call but she probably could see my number show up so she didnt answer. The staff at the chatsworth branch is always so unhelpful. Ive had numerous other encounters with the staff there being so unhelpful so this time i decided to let people know about my experience.
I was contacted by an agent named Sizwe from Teledialcom. He kept calling and insisted that we update our business contact details. I asked him numerous times if there were any fees involved and he said no. It's free. No fees involved. He emailed a one page document which we signed. Soon afterwards I was receiving calls from this company stating that I need to pay around R10700 which we weren't aware of. I then looked at the document which we signed and the fine print is so illegally small that you can't even read it. Now I have their collections department calling and telling me that if I don't pay I will be handed over and will be blacklisted. This company is a scam and fraudulent. They need to be dealt with for fraud. They are scammers and fraudsters. How can we pay for something that we were mislead into?
I have placed an order with Wish shopping in April. It's already July and I still haven't received the item. It's really frustrating cos the online support is really bad. Seems like Wish is another hoax company. I keep tracking my order but each time the date is delayed by weeks. Not happy at all. Frustrated.
It gives me great pleasure to write this review. I spoke with Fundiswa Loza this morning from discovery insure. She was so efficient and it was a pleasure to speak to her. She was very helpful and was on the ball. She knew her stuff. Very happy with the service she provided.
My name is N Singh.a consultant called me and we did the application over the phone.I was PRE APPROVED of the STORE CARD and was EVEN given a CREDIT LIMIT..WAS THEN asked to send through BANK STATEMENTS WHICH I did.kept calling them for feedback.it took 6 DAYS to receive feedback saying application was unsuccessful.very disappointed and totally confused how this could be.would like the head of the financial services to contact me with reason .
