I have been with Vodacom for 28 years and decided to cancel my contracts with them based on the level of dishonesty of their call centre agents. They quote you verbally on a great deal but when the contract is read, its not what was quoted. I had experienced this on three different occasions. Please review your call centre agent calls. They are dishonest and unprofessional. Dealt with an Agent named Dean on 2 December 2023 at 8h30.
For the past two weeks I have been trying to register on the app and have been unsuccessful. The error message is that I need to contact Head Office. Contacting Head Office and getting through to actually speak to someone to assist is virtually impossible. Based on this experience I will never request my bloods to be taken by Lancet again. I have dealt with Ampath and will continue supporting them.
Called the Glen Eagles branch twice to check if they had stock of the inverter generator. They had 3 in stock. I informed the call centre that i will be making an online purchase as I am based in Durban and the lady confirmed that it wont be a problem. Logged onto my profile via their website and purchased the inverter online. Transaction sucessfull and funds deducted from my bank account only to receive an email that order is canceled. Now to get a refund is an arduous task. Would not recommend anyone purchasing online.

I applied for a new credit card on 9 October 2021 and still havent received notification of it so that I can pick it up. The service at the credit card division is pathetic.
Poor Service, poor delivery times for online purchases. Other Corporates far exceed your service levels.
Service is non existent. Cannot track order. Noone answers the phone.
Woolworths delivery service is pathetic. I was supposed to receive my delivery on 5 Aug 2020. To date, no one has contacted me regarding my order.
Jay and Sunil are truly an asset to your company. They have always exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the great service which is difficult to find these days.
I purchased a S20 Ultra phone. I am still waiting for my Airbuds 2 to be delivered. I have been waiting from 20 May 2020. I followed up with the claim and was told that someone would call me within 24 hours which never happened. This service is pathetic and is certainly not what I expected from Samsung.
