Great service from SMG Ballito
I bought a Mini from SMG BMW/Mini in Ballito and got excellent service from Arnold. I got treated like a celebrity and is overjoyed with the vehicle I purchased.

How difficult can it be Sage??
<div>I am a business owner and have been trying since March to get my account sorted out. We've paid in excess of R7000 and my account is still blocked. We speak to a different agent every time and the one is more clueless than the other. I spoke to +++++ today and was but not impressed with her attitude. How can Sage not do basic accounting to reconsile my account and unblock me??</div>

Poor admin from Discovery health
My husband passed away recently and Discovery health was the WORST corporate to deal with to get banking details changed for the debit order payment. It is absolutely ridiculous

Momentum STI very incompetent
I've been attempting to update my business insurance for the past 5 months now. My premium has increased by almost R2000 because of covered items that's duplicated. Some of the items that's supposed to be covered, is no longer on the policy schedule. Nobody gets back to me. I am really unhappy with the service.

Love Norbert's German Butchery
This is one of the best Butcheries/deli's on the West Rand. The owners are always there, interacting with the customers and working with the well trained staff. The frozen meals, soups, hand made pies and veggies are handy for the nights when you don't feel like cooking. The meat hampers are excellent value for money and the meat is neatly cut and packed. The eisbein and sauer kraut is to die for. Norbert's come highly recommended.

Vodacom accounts suck
Vodacom have no ability whatsoever to sort out an account query. From the stores, to the customer service helpline, to the people that respond to emails. I cancelled my contract with Vodacom and found out a year later that I had been handed over to the Vodacom attorneys. It took me another 12 months to determine what I was handed over for. I settled the outstanding amount, in spite of the fact that Vodacom kept on billing me after my notice period has expired. I have given up on attempting to recover any of the money paid, as no communication gets responded to.
