I purchased 2 Weber Gas Braai’s in November last year. They are the built in models, so we custom built the area, where they were to fit in! 1 was delivered when promised, and then I was told they made a mistake and the 2nd was out of stock, and would come in a month or so, which ones ok with. We are now almost in March and I still don’t have the Weber, I’ve been told they coming, now told they discontinued, I’ve asked multiple times for a manger to contact me. The salesman has really been trying his best, but I believe getting false promise from above!!
Terrible service experience! overcharge for months! ive been to 3 times its being sorted out! when i call each department says its the next, then get put to the useless chatbot! On my other line they have just taken away my data benefit , when it was assured on upgrade!

Unreliable vehicles & terrible back-up service from Suzuki SA!! Purchase a car new 2 years ago, it has broken down 7 times, needing to be towed 3 times, and the manufacturer couldn’t care less!! Stay away from Suzuki!!
I renewed my home LTE package i received a refurbished router, instead of a new router When i call multiple times to query it, they kept saying they will escalate and no one ever called back!! They told me the monthly cost was R399, and i now see i was billed R442.90!!
I ordered a kids electric motor bike, they delivered a used one, and it was the wrong model! The product was only collected 3 weeks, after logging the return. it has now been another 2 weeks since collection, and I'm yet to receive any communication or refund!!
Do Not Buy a Suzuki vehicle!! The vehicles are not reliable, and they just want money from you!! We purchased the vehicle 2 years ago, and since then the same issue has occurred, and the car has not started over 6 times, with it needing to be towed 3 times!! The vehicle clearly has been defective since day one, and every time its a story to get them to repair it!! Suzuki SA do not care about their customer or their vehicles!!
After 3 months of trying to do an upgrade, they eventually deliver my upgrade with a refurbed router!! I have been querying an overcharge on my account for 3 months, and yesterday I speak to an *********** person in the account department call centre, that didn’t know what they were doing!!
Shocking experience from the ***** department!! There was credit card ***** on my wife’s card, which we phoned in after 30min of the incident. They stopped the card and replaced it. The ***** was showing as pending, and they said it will be reversed, and won’t be charged; a few days later it was charged, and now it’s been 3 weeks of being messed around and told its being escalated, instead of just reversed!!
Beware of SMG BMW Balito selling you an accident damaged car , not disclosing everything!! They sold me a demo X3 , that they said had a minor comment of some cosmetic work!! Only to find out, when I sent it into BMW Sandton that there was more, and motor plan rejected!! Only after kicking up a storm they agreed to repair, left me without a car for 2 weeks, no call from anyone to even apologize!! Rather buy another brand!!
