Very disappointed in the service team. I booked my car in on the 12th of January but as a courtesy dropped it off on the 9th of January in the morning already. I told Jacky the service advisor that we will leave the car there for the week while we are on leave. This will give them more than enough time to attend to the car. I was contacted on Friday the 16th of January to tell me the car will only be ready on Tuesday the 20th of January. I find this unacceptable and really poor customer service. Their lack of planning is now my problem and inconvenience. I was not offered an apology or a courtesy vehicle at any time. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for many years but they have lost my support and I will not be back.
