Very disappointed in the service team. I booked my car in on the 12th of January but as a courtesy dropped it off on the 9th of January in the morning already. I told Jacky the service advisor that we will leave the car there for the week while we are on leave. This will give them more than enough time to attend to the car. I was contacted on Friday the 16th of January to tell me the car will only be ready on Tuesday the 20th of January. I find this unacceptable and really poor customer service. Their lack of planning is now my problem and inconvenience. I was not offered an apology or a courtesy vehicle at any time. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for many years but they have lost my support and I will not be back. info@bmweastrand.co.za

Slow lounge refused me entry because I dont have my physical bank card with only my virtual card. Get with the times! The lady at the reception has no people skills and was not helpful at all. She just referred to a sign on her desk about the requirement for the physical card. How does this help traveller's when they arrive. Surely absa can inform their customers of this ridiculous requirement beforehand
No response after numerous emails sent - avoid doing buisness with this company!
My wife's flight got delayed 3 times on the 10/24/2019, booking reference SVSHGV. She went to OR Tambo Mango desk and requested Mango to cancel the booking because she could not be any later than she already was for a business meeting in KZN. She managed to book a flight on another airline. They confirmed that she would receive a full refund within two weeks but up to now no refund just empty promises and lies from the call centre agents.
Unethical people I have been waiting for my refund when I cancelled my policy that was due after 14 days. Roshni and Monica from head office never calls back after promising to do so numerous times.
