I am beyond disgusted and disappointed with the way BMW Finance South Africa has handled my case. I discovered—only after 24 months that it is in fact a Code 3 (written-off) vehicle. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the vehicle is currently financed through BMW Finance themselves. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of accountability and zero customer support. I have sent numerous emails and attempted to reach out through every possible channel – yet not a single response. BMW Finance has chosen to ignore all communication, leaving me with a vehicle that: Has a *****ed history (which I was never informed about), Cannot be traded in or resold at a fair value, And most importantly, cannot even be insured – something that is non-negotiable for a bank-financed vehicle! This is not only a violation of customer trust, but also raises serious questions about their due diligence and ethical standards. Are BMW Finance South Africa knowingly financing written-off Code 3 vehicles without disclosing this to customers? If you are considering financing through BMW Finance SA – BE WARNED. My experience has been a nightmare, and based on their silence and negligence, it’s clear they do not care once the deal is signed. Absolutely shocking from a brand that claims to represent “premium” service.
