I am beyond disgusted and disappointed with the way BMW Finance South Africa has handled my case. I discovered—only after 24 months that it is in fact a Code 3 (written-off) vehicle. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the vehicle is currently financed through BMW Finance themselves. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of accountability and zero customer support. I have sent numerous emails and attempted to reach out through every possible channel – yet not a single response. BMW Finance has chosen to ignore all communication, leaving me with a vehicle that: Has a *****ed history (which I was never informed about), Cannot be traded in or resold at a fair value, And most importantly, cannot even be insured – something that is non-negotiable for a bank-financed vehicle! This is not only a violation of customer trust, but also raises serious questions about their due diligence and ethical standards. Are BMW Finance South Africa knowingly financing written-off Code 3 vehicles without disclosing this to customers? If you are considering financing through BMW Finance SA – BE WARNED. My experience has been a nightmare, and based on their silence and negligence, it’s clear they do not care once the deal is signed. Absolutely shocking from a brand that claims to represent “premium” service.
the very first time we tried the online ordering from Makro and its turned out to be a complete mess. The crucial groceries are staggered over 5 separate deliveries. I contacted the Customer support division begging them to change the order from delivery to self pick-up where the agent confirmed that she updated the system. This however never happened and now we had to make alternative arrangements. This would therefore be the last time we are using this service. The call center department is considered just as useless for even after all the arrangements made do we see the complete opposite. Thank you Makro for showing me where NOT to shop online again
Panarottis Randfontein has become our living room lately. The waitrons knows my whole family and also what we frequently order. Its part of our family now and we love this place. Tommy and his staff really loves their customers and you notice that as soon as you walk in. This place is the best in Randfontein. Thanks a million
I honestly feel their prices has gone through the ceiling. Yes the pizza is absolutely lovely but they were our first choice and a frequent one too when ordering food for a movie night but I must admit we noticed they are getting more and more expensive till such a point where we simply cant remember when we had pizza perfect last. We continuously find way better deals from other leading pizza outlets for the amount you pay. Its really sad but there are plenty other outlets with also good quality pizza for way less.

I will never buy a vehicle at this place, I will ensure that everyone I know will never buy a vehicle at this place. We bought a vehicle and had to wait an alarming 30 days before we could have the vehicle. The dealer took this vehicle to a "backyard" mechanic for some paint touch-ups but this turned out to be the biggest nightmare ever. After numerous threats of canceling the deal with the bank did we finally get the car. The vehicle according to the books and the dealers word had a full service done just prior it went on the floor. We later learned that this vehicle is inf-act way over due on its major service. The dealer promised us some compensation as gratitude due to the amount of trouble we went through but toady marks 3 months later with still not sign of him keeping his word as I believe the he played this very well by buying time till the bank's deal return date expires. I should have cancelled the deal when my gut feeling told me. People please avoid this place by all costs. Its going to cost you plenty headaches. Trust me
There is no better than the feeling knowing someone is having your back. I recently purchased a secondhand vehicle where I met up with SA Underwriters. We tressure each kilometer in our car as its something we waited years for. One Saturday while reversing out my drive way did I hear the most dreadful sound ever when I backed-up against my wall. For the average person it might look like a normal "fender bender" but for me it felt like I drove into my father's car because we really try to keep our hands on our vehicle. Just the sight of the damaged panel on my vehicle sent cold shivers down my sole. I immediately contacted the agents and launched a claim via the respective processes. To add to the stress was the fact that now do I need to work with an Insurance company to get this damaged fixed. Well to my relieve did things happen very quickly after the first engagement with SA Underwriters. I received frequent updates from Nosipho Magubane and the claim got approved in no time and the car will be booked in at an approved panel beater soon. Nosipho took good care of me and I must be honest when I state that someone is having your back as it really helps knowing that you are covered. Well done guys and thanks a million

I would hereby like to express my utter grief and dissatisfaction with Dis-Chem Tambotie. Today (17:40 the 10th of March 2023) did we hear that my son needs to play a rugby game in the morning. We raced to this Dis-Chem and arrived at 17;50. I sent my son to ensure the Security waits for us as its still before 18:00 (The advertised business hours as per their website. My son was turned a blind-eye as the Security closes the door. This was exactly 17;51. I begged the Security access as we urgently need to get a Gum-Guard for his game in the morning but the Security would not allow us entry. With a very ****y attitude did he sacastically asked what the time is and whilst I showed him its still 7 minutes to the hour did he closed the door in our faces with a smile on his face. Is this how "White" Customers treated at Dis-Chem? Why would the website CLEARLY state 18:00 when its already closed 9 minutes before the hour? I then jumped on the phone calling this branch when I were told that "Due to a high call volume do I need to wait. I held the line till 18:22 while I kept hearing "My call is important to Dis-Chem". Now if they are so adamant to close before the published business hours why would they still take phone calls after 18:00? I was eventually knocked off the line. Now due ti us not able to get a gum-guard are my son not allowed to participate in the rugby match in the morning thanks to this Security's bad attitude. This makes my blood boil for we are treated like **** even if they know that its not the actual closing minute before the hour. I find this experience pathetic and surely unprofessional. This is NOT acceptable nor even fair but rest assured I will not support this franchise ever again.
