I purchased a BMW motorcycle from BMW Fourways. The purchase process was fine however there were missing items such as the spare key, tool set, GPS lock etc..which I was promised would be ready and delivered to me in a day or two. From the outset, the process was disorganized, frustrating, and far below the standard one would expect when making such a significant purchase from BMW. Despite repeated assurances from staff, I encountered missed deadlines of communication, and unprofessional behavior with empty promises being made.
On several occasions, I was promised updates that never came, forcing me to chase basic information that should have been proactively provided.
This turned out to be an appalling experience with numerous calls to the dealership. From the outset, the process was disorganized, frustrating, and far below the standard one would expect when making such a significant purchase from BMW. Despite repeated assurances from staff, I encountered missed deadlines, lack of communication, and unprofessional conduct.
I was provided inconsistent information regarding the missing items and when all this would be sorted. It felt as though critical details were deliberately withheld until the last minute.
I was promised updates that never came, forcing me to chase basic information that should have been proactively provided.
I will not recommend this dealership to anyone - PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!! BUY YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE.
