I recently did a vehicle insurance quote with Santam but did not accept it as they required 2 tracking devices on my vehicle. Shockingly after declining the quote they still proceeded to debit my account. The service experienced by Zaakiyah Carelse was appalling and pathetic. I was told my refund would take 11 working days which is ridiculous. They easily take your money *****ulently, do not admit liability even though calls are recorded and take their time to refund. I would not recommend Santam to anyone. Bunch of ******* and should not be trusted. Stay away from this insurer...they will rip you off.
I purchased a BMW motorcycle from BMW Fourways. The purchase process was fine however there were missing items such as the spare key, tool set, GPS lock etc..which I was promised would be ready and delivered to me in a day or two. From the outset, the process was disorganized, frustrating, and far below the standard one would expect when making such a significant purchase from BMW. Despite repeated assurances from staff, I encountered missed deadlines of communication, and unprofessional behavior with empty promises being made. On several occasions, I was promised updates that never came, forcing me to chase basic information that should have been proactively provided. This turned out to be an appalling experience with numerous calls to the dealership. From the outset, the process was disorganized, frustrating, and far below the standard one would expect when making such a significant purchase from BMW. Despite repeated assurances from staff, I encountered missed deadlines, lack of communication, and unprofessional conduct. I was provided inconsistent information regarding the missing items and when all this would be sorted. It felt as though critical details were deliberately withheld until the last minute. I was promised updates that never came, forcing me to chase basic information that should have been proactively provided. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone - PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!! BUY YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE.
After numerous years as a loyal Takealot customer I have recently experienced pathetic service from them. To the extent that this relates to a simple return (order#183310778) without them refunding me is appalling. It is now apparent that takealot doesn't care about their customers as emails are ignored and telephone conversations are useless as nobody can resolve this simple issue. I will not recommend Takealot anymore...rather shop at Amazon. Ridiculous service!!!!
I recently had my car repaired at Eljoney and I'm very happy with the service rendered. I did notice that the blending paint work was not perfect however the service and feedback from Eljoney to address this has been excellent. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, the team was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. They kept me updated throughout the process and explained everything clearly, which gave me complete peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Eljoney...top notch service👌
I recently installed a matrix tracking device. The service to date has been absolutely appalling!!!!!!!!!! I requested an account several times and login details for their app. It is now 2 weeks later and nobody bothers to follow up or provide feedback. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!! You are better off with any other vehicle tracking company.
I recently experienced a ***** incident and logged it through the FNB call centre immediately. The lack of feedback and assistance has been nothing short of pathetic and appalling! Having been a loyal client for over 20 years and a private wealth client with accounts in good standing has meant zero in receiving any courtesy or gesture of goodwill from this bank. I will not recommend anyone to open their accounts or put up with such pathetic service. In fact as a customer taking all precautions you get no courtesy and I have been sent from pillar to post to get feedback on my ***** incident logged. Shameless and pathetic FNB!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK - UTTERLY USELESS STAFF AND SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
The service experienced from the FNB private wealth suite is nothing less than pathetic. Numerous complaints and enquiries go unanswered. It seems like FNB is happy to charge their clients but offer zero value.. I would not recommend their private banking services to anyone. In addition they don't have the decency to follow up on complaints or address customer dissatisfaction. Appalling service!!!! Better off choosing another bank.
Pathetic service from a energy company promising professional solar installations. From the very beginning the experience was poor and shocking. The proposal was done then changed, installation date promised was also not met. On the day of installation team were supposed to arrive at 9am however pitched up after 2pm. Components paid for were not delivered in full and as agreed. Numerous excuses given even blaming their suppliers when in fact they did not pay the supplier correctly. My installation was promised to be done in 2 days which was a lie and not still incomplete on day 3. No communication even though this was escalated. Excuses given again and apparently they don't know how to install properly but find issues when on site. PATHETIC SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!! One has to seriously question not only their professionalism but empty promises and apparent after sales service. Ridiculous!
<p>I went to Mugg and Bean at Irene Mall on 8 May 2016. Expecting to have a good breakfast with good service, i was highly disappointed from the time i was allocated a table.</p> <p> </p> <p>The delay in taking my order was horrendous as well as the rudeness of the manager (a guy named Thomas) on receiving my complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p>There was no courtesy or respect demonstrated in dealing with the appaling service and my complaint. I was not impressed and decided to leave. Suffice to say that i will not go to Mugg and Bean- Irene Mall ever again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not recommend my friends and family to go either. The manager should be fired as he obviously thinks he is doing customers a favour where in fact we are paying his salary.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutley disgusting!!</p>
