Poor Quality Control - not taking accountability for their failures

Poor Quality Control. I bought 7 pallets/ 3500 small bricks. Only the 1st pallet was in a good quality. 3000 bricks were very bad, the bricks disinterested. I went to complain about the quality. Surprisingly I was not the 1st person to complain. They told me to bring the bricks back.

After paying for delivery, I've to pay again for labour/ loading the bricks to the truck and delivery to and from builders. It's very painful to see so the small pieces. For me is a loose-loose situation.
