PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BMW EMALAHLENI

BMW Emalhleni IS a SCAM.

Too my BMW for service at BMW Emalahleni on Tuesday and to this day I have not gotten my car back. They promised to give it back yesterday which they failed. The security company got the gentleman who calls himself the owner by the name of GAUS or something who was very rude when we wanted our car to be released. the Service Manager who came was of no use as well. This has highly inconvenienced me as m still stranded in Emalahleni for the 3rd day.

Pathetic customer service from this dealership. Have incurred losses due to their poor service as had to spend money on hotels and uber as I await my car.
