Bad Services
It has been over three weeks now with no data from Rain. I have tried calling, sending emails, and even reaching out through their website, but with no success. Payment has already been made, yet all I keep getting told is that they will "investigate and come back to me" – which never happens. This is truly disappointing service, especially after so many years of loyalty to the brand. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency shows that customer concerns are not taken seriously at all. Honestly, this is one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BMW EMALAHLENI
BMW Emalhleni IS a SCAM. Too my BMW for service at BMW Emalahleni on Tuesday and to this day I have not gotten my car back. They promised to give it back yesterday which they failed. The security company got the gentleman who calls himself the owner by the name of GAUS or something who was very rude when we wanted our car to be released. the Service Manager who came was of no use as well. This has highly inconvenienced me as m still stranded in Emalahleni for the 3rd day. Pathetic customer service from this dealership. Have incurred losses due to their poor service as had to spend money on hotels and uber as I await my car.
