2025 BMW X3 G45 - Vibration concern - Seeking Resolution

Bought a new 2025 X3 G45. I noticed excessive vibration over slow bumps, no noise. Dealer tested twice and could not isolate the problem and escalated it to BMW South Africa who dismissed it as a "normal characteristic". I have not driven the vehicle since Nov 2024 due to comfort/safety concerns and is still looking for a resolution.

BMW SA has explicitly refused to explain what component is vibrating and why this is not a safety concern and acceptable in a luxury vehicle. In response to my effort to amicably resolve the issue, BMW SA responded that there stance remains and they will only respond to formal escalation from other parties. Vehicle still parked since Nov 2025. MIOSA and NCC complaints active.
